Young Police Executives  (YPE) is a network and community of law enforcement executives from around the country who share a singular mission: transform & reinvigorate public safety through personal and professional development. YPEers come together to be better leaders and better people.

YPE Members are forward thinking, and accomplished Police Chiefs, Sheriffs, Colonels, Commissioners, Marshals, Directors, and Superintendents. All have achieved significant leadership success at an early age, are at the top of their agency or organization, and make up a diverse background of perspectives, experience, and ideas.

YPE Members understand your challenges and triumphs. Together, they aim to shift the industry from “the old guard” to one of modernity, creativity, and positive impact.

THE FORUM EXPERIENCE
YPE Members are grouped into small, intimate forums of 6-9 executives, led by trained moderators, and meet virtually once a month for two hours. These sessions are a foundation for executives to forge deep connections, offering support through sharing experiences and exchanging perspectives in a confidential setting.Members fully engage, discussing successes and challenges, fostering both personal and professional growth, and forming lasting friendships.

Rather than giving advice, the focus is on sharing personal narratives to provide insights, facilitating transformative breakthroughs.These forums are a platform for unbiased insight, enhancing decision-making and elevating members' lives. Built on trust, active engagement, personal accountability, and a non-judgmental atmosphere, forums enable members to draw on collective wisdom, leading to substantial development and strong, lasting bonds.

A PRICELESS EXPERIENCE
YPE charges an annual membership fee of $950.00. This fee gets you access to the YPE Member Directory, 12 Forum meetings per year lead by a dedicated professional moderator, and access to yearly virtual educational events and training.  

Forum and Network retreats not included. Cost, scheduling, and event details are all subject to change and vary year by year.
