Kedrick Wills

Training Instructor

Colonel Kedrick Wills started his career at the Idaho State Police in 1996. After various promotions, he became the captain of District 4 in 2006, major and Police Services Commander in 2010, and was appointed ISP Director in 2017. He retired in 2024 to teach organizational leadership and culture. Wills graduated from the Naval Postgraduate School's Homeland Security Executive Leaders Program and the FBI National Academy. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Training and Development from Idaho State University.
