Daniel holds an M.Ed. in Psychology and has spent the last 14 years in the human performance space. Daniel was an internal Organizational Development Consultant for Mercedes-Benz Germany, focusing on employee motivation, retention, and growth throughout Europe, the Middle East and SouthEast Asia.
Daniel also has several years experience working in clinical and outpatient mental health facilities and is a certified suicide counselor. In 2017, Daniel founded what is now Performance Protocol, an online coaching platform geared specifically for Law Enforcement.
Since 2020, Daniel and his team have worked with Police Departments and Sheriff’s Office’s around America to proactively address the recruitment, development, and retention issues Law Enforcement currently faces.
